My band this year is something incredible. The students are learning to tune on their own, balance and blend incredibly well, while they play self-composed music with passion and intensity. I wish I could buy the nicest instruments for our kids, instruments that match their level of performance. Unfortunately, this is just too expensive for my budget, So I look for ways to improve the quality of their equipment in whatever ways I can! My saxophones are held back by their current equipment, so purchasing new mouthpieces and ligatures is the most cost-effective way to improve their sound. Finally, as my kiddos are really starting to play in tune, having tuners that each section can independently use is necessary for their intonation independence. Thanks so much for considering helping our band!
