I am a Special Day Program teacher (grades 3-5) with a class of six students with moderate to severe Autism. My students have unique behavioral, sensory, and academic needs. The majority of my students have cognitive delays and behaviors that impact their ability to access the core curriculum and meet grade level standards in all academic areas to such degree that their instruction is based on the alternate curriculum. My students try hard. They are special and amazing who need you helps.
