My class is a really diverse group. My students come from low economic families that are often brand new to the country. They are really eager to learn but are faced with the challenge of learning a new language also have students with an IEP( individualized educational program) that are bellow grade level and need to work on specific skills in order to meet grade level standards. In addition, I am mainstreaming students with autism for Science and Social Studies.
