In our classroom we have a few various needs. I would like to have 5 additional Kindle Fires, with cases. With these 5 additional devices, I will be able to put a device in each of my students hands at once. This will allow us to increase our digital assessments since there will be no sharing of devices any longer. We can also do different, more engaging, classroom activities that require each student to have there own device. Since I will be providing them with the devices, it will not make any child feel left out or inadequate when they do not have one. In addition to providing technology in the hands of each student, I also need stools to help provide flexible seating in the room. Studies have shown that flexible seating and allowing students the opportunity to move increases there knowledge retention and helps increase learning. These stools will help to give them this opportunity. In addition to the stools and devices, I also need ink and a silhouette cutting machine to help make centers for the students. We are not allowed to use allocation to buy ink for our printers and there is not a color printer at school. I need ink to make centers for the students and other classroom needs.
