Lights, camera, action!! I teach 6th grade integrated studies. In my class the students use the knowledge they have gained in their core classes (science, social studies, language arts, and math) to complete integrated, project-based learning modules. We are a rural public school with 70% of our students qualifying for free or reduced lunch. I teach in a mainstreamed classroom; meaning special needs and special ed students are taught beside the regular ed students. Technology is highly integrated into my lessons and my students' projects.
