Due to the pandemic, my students will not be able to participate and experience all the fun 5th grade activities that we as 5th grade teachers organize for them. These activities included several educational field trips, panorama picture, culminating dance, traditional softball game versus the teachers, picnic and the highlight of them all their 5th grade culmination. Their lives changed, as everybody else, but despite the pandemic my students are dedicated, strong willed individuals who have not and will not let this obstacle stand in their way of pursuing their dreams! My students continue to distance learn from home each day. They are fully committed to ending this year on a high note despite the circumstances. My goal is to put together 30 gift baskets for all my students to show appreciation for all their hard work that their putting into their studies during this time.
