I teach 100 amazing 6th graders. Forty-five of my students are English language learners, which means they speak a language other than English in their homes. Our school is an urban Title One school. My students are very appreciative when they are given new opportunities. Technology is the one thing that is most exciting to them. Unfortunately, our school and our PTA do not have the resources to fund them. I work very hard to make my students, who are used to disliking school because of struggles, love school. This is a tool that would allow my students to have one more thing to love about coming to science class!
