MAKE READING COMFORTABLE!! Have you ever just sunk into a a comfortable chair, grabbed a book, and read for hours on end? Well if you haven't you don't know what you're missing!! I teach fourth grade Special Education students. I work in a high need school, where most of the students get free lunches. My incoming students are very low readers who see reading as a "chore" not as something fun or interesting! The more interesting reading becomes, the more the students improve!
