My students have truly enjoyed choosing novels that interest them. I would like to expand my classroom library to include some titles that were on the top ten list this year. Students had the opportunity to go on a date with a novel. The students completed worksheets to see if the novel they choose could "make the date cut". Most student truly enjoy a novel when they have the option to choose and the subject interests them. I would like to have a library that will do both jobs. My donors choose would allow me to increase my class library so that students will have the opportunity to experience different types of literature and authors in order to find their true interest level.
