We like to invent things to make the world a better place in my library. Any building materials that the students can manipulate and explore help them establish connections with how to implement tools and critical thinking to make the world a better place. My students are immensely curious and love to explore the world around them through innovative building activities. The makedo set allows them to use cardboard and other "junk" or recyclable materials to build prototypes, complete challenges or create a piece of art. The light stax allow students to build and explore using basic building blocks and electricity. I really look forward to being able to use these in my library makerspace. My students and I really appreciate your help.
