Kindergarten is awesome! Children learn so much in their first few years of life, there couldn't be a more exciting grade to teach. Some students come to Kindergarten with many skills and are ready to learn, others need work on basic skills. My job is to meet each child's needs and to help each child to learn. Unfortunately, it has become increasingly difficult to provide all of the materials necessary to meet the many needs of my students. Our district has given us only $100 to purchase materials for the school year. This simply isn't enough money to purchase paper, pencils, crayons, paint and all of the other materials that we need in Kindergarten. Won't you please help us?
