Its an elbow war in my art room! My high school art students are trying to draw and paint on tiny desks suited only for math and english classes. What's more, I have more students than I have desks, which forces many to share desks or even sit on the floor. Sometimes students have less than a foot of space to spread out their paint, water, brushes, canvas, etc. The results are many spills, tears, and messes. Elbows hit paint cans, clothes run against dirty brushes, and students' hard work is lost.
