I teach an inquisitive bunch of 1st-3rd grade srudents as a Reading Teacher at a school full of hard-working children with involved parents. However, our school district is considered low performing where the majority of kids receive free breakfast and lunch each day. We also have a high percentage of English Language Learners who are working towards mastering the academic language we use in class each day. I want the best materials possible in the hands of my kids, especially since funding for supplemental supplies is virtually non-existent in our district. Your contributions will go towards bringing quality education to students who deserve the very best!

About my class
