I have a class of 34 fourth grade students. My students are creative, inquisitive, and thirsty for knowledge. The majority of my students are identified gifted and are in need of challenging assignments and research-based learning. They attend a culturally and economically diverse K-5 school in California. Our school is non-Title 1 and therefore receives no extra funding for items such as new classroom computers. Our state test scores are continually rising and we are in the process of applying for the California Distinguished School award.

About my class
