My children are the best! We are part the Webster school family which is located in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. We have over 70% of our children qualify for Title I funds (meaning that they live below the poverty level), but despite our daily challenges we have been able to make our PSSA goals for five years in a row. Our children are a great gift and our school loves them.
