The library at our school serves students in grades 6-12, and they are serious readers, even though some of them have significant challenges with reading. My students are voracious series readers, and the waiting list for new popular titles (like the most recent Wimpy Kid) can have more than 60 names on it! They are great users of the library and of classroom collections, since few students have an opportunity to purchase books or have access to e-readers at home.
