My students attend a school in a suburban area in Utah. They are 6th grade students in a Middle School Setting grades 6-8. Each of my 5 Science classes has approximately 35 students. Within the class are a variety of learning levels and learning styles. I have special education mainstreamed students and ESL students. I also have several gifted and talented students. I have noticed that the class responds well to hands on activities, and technology. We also have many avid readers that enjoy learning new things, especially where science and math are concerned.
