My students are interpersonal kinesthetic learners and benefit from movement and interaction that lab activities offer. When my students are actively engaged during class lessons they achieve higher levels of learning and are able to connect the content with real life situations. My students work well together and activities that include hands-on learning gives them an educational opportunity to visualize and experience the dynamics of the human body. This course is an elective course for 11th and 12th grade students that desire to attend a 4 year university after high school graduation. Many of my students are considering majors in biology, human biology or human physiology in order to pursue a career in the health science field. They faces are inspiring and their "happy" faces are motivating.
