I teach some of the best students in the state of Utah! I am confident that I'm working with our future engineers, doctors, politicians, and CEO's. Many of my students want to go the "extra mile" with projects that require them to apply the concepts we're learning in class. Most of my students are motivated by a challenge, and will rise to high expectations. For the most part, my students have a lot of support from home, and their parents put a high emphasis on education. Most of them are college bound. I strive to create lessons and activities that will challenge them to stretch what they know, and apply the (sometimes abstract) concepts we learn in 8th grade science.
