I work at a school that is for students with disabilities. The student’s disabilities range from Asperger’s syndrome to Autism. My students are very eager to learn new skills. My students love trying new activities. The biggest difficulty I have is the students are at different fitness levels. With Yoga the students will all be challenged no matter their fitness level.
