My students are an energetic group who love learning new things! They come from a variety of backgrounds and speak different languages. Most live in poverty, so school is a place that is comfortable and consistent. Their curiosity, excitement, and drive is a daily inspiration. My students are not only learning academics, but also to be kind, caring members of a community in which they uplift and support others. Our class motto is, "Be Your Best Self" to encourage students to be the best version of themselves.
