My students are in the 3rd grade and have been identified as intellectually gifted. These students are both fun and challenging. I am always looking for ideas for the differentiated learning that goes on in my classroom. We do not have any kind of textbook for the gifted, so I put together different units based on my students' interests and our state's gifted standards. Unfortunately, this gets very expensive very fast. Our school is in a high-community and our district has over 80% of our students on free or reduced lunch. This means that there is not much money in our community for enrichment programs.
