Computers are beautiful... especially when they're up to date! The computers and monitors in our second grade classroom are almost 10 years old. They are huge, tired, and take up much needed space in our already little classroom. Our school is a part of one of the largest school districts in the country. Over 84% of our students are members of low income families, living in some of the scariest neighborhoods in the city, with little to no access to computers at home.
