Improvised community, kids work really hard at being good athletes and will use the most creative things to keep themselves busy when there is not enough equipment to go around. Students are using the sweaters off their backs to shoot hoops, rocks off the ground will also do. In a way its forced us to get creative which is not too bad. Students are always asking why we don't have more equipment. Asking why is our equipment in the shape that it is? The most telling story was a student who asked why we don't have new equipment since its a new year and she thought all schools get new equipment and things for the new year!

About my class
