My third graders love learning about the world around them. We will be working on a unit in the near future where students will choose a nonfiction book that they will gather information from to share with the class in the form of a report and a presentation. They will be learning to take notes in order to write these research reports about their chosen topic. They are very excited about the possibility of adding leveled nonfiction books to our classroom library as they love to read and write about their reading. They are enthusiastic learners and take pleasure in learning just about everything!

About my class
