My classes are heterogeneous groups which include ESL, gifted, and learning disabled students. They are at different academic levels ranging from far below basic to advanced. I strongly believe that every student can be successful in a classroom if given the needed support and accommodations. Our small school showed a significant improvement on state tests last year.
