What is more fun that having a wide selection of books to choose from when picking off the classroom shelf!? I've just been given second graders to teach, after many years of fourth grade. I have very few books for beginning readers. I'm so excited about this move in a Title 1 school. Our students have few resources as home, so giving them a wide selection of books at school and helping them develop into avid readers is my primary goal.
