An important objective for kindergarten is learning to form letters of the alphabet correctly. Since the students are at home and not at school they need to have the correct supplies to meet this objective. The students need lined whiteboards to practice forming their letters correctly. Printing letters requires a lot of practice. The whiteboards will help guide my instruction and give the students a reference top line, middle line, bottom line. With online learning it is much more effective for the students to use individual whiteboards. I can observe the students forming their letters and they can easily turn their board to the camera for my review and support.
