Anatomy and Physiology students at my school are compassionate, outgoing people with the skills to work with the public, the sick, the elderly, the young, etc. Many love medicine because they are fascinated with human body as a machine. I want to encourage and enhance my students by providing materials to engage their learning to fulfill their goals to pursue their education beyond high school. I hope to drive their desire to learn, to attain success and higher grades so that they have the opportunity to make technical school or a four year college a reality. My school is about 65% free-reduced lunch and many of my students have to maintain after school jobs to help their families at home. This can make studying outside of school difficult for them. I need to provide engaging activities to help then learn and retain as much as possible at school and make returning to their book and notes at home more appealing.
