What's the matter in our science classroom? For my bright, low-income students, it's certainly not a lack of interest or desire. My students are united by an interest in learning science through hands-on investigations. As a teacher, I love bringing science concepts to my students, a majority of whom are English language learners, and seeing the light bulbs go off as they begin to understand the world in a whole new light.

About my class
