My Pre-K students are enthusiastic "college bound" learners. They are intelligent, creative students, but the reality is their socioeconomic statuses and zip codes put them at an academic disadvantage as compared to their more affluent peers. They are in dire need of having access to quality materials both inside and outside of the classroom. My students are fully aware of these project requests and greatly appreciate the amount of support that they hope to receive. They are grateful and know that receiving these materials are not possible without the wonderful support of donors. They work hard to learn, and strive to succeed and grow.
