My students are an inspiring, diverse group of special education 4th graders from a city in Massachusetts called Lowell! Lowell is a large inner city school district and our students have different needs. Many of my students go home and do not have access to resources to help them succeed. This is why it is important to incorporate powerful learning tools, such as technology while they are in school. My school is one elementary in this large district and it is a comfortable, POWERFUL school!. Our school motto is perseverance, resiliency, and determination. Each individual in my building is dedicated to the academic and social growth of our ENTIRE community of learners. My students are incredible. They are unique and encompass a diverse set of needs. They know that they learn best in different ways then their peers but that it is okay because that is what makes them special! It is my job to motivate and personalize learning to best meet the needs of each INDIVIDUAL child.
