Our school is a really amazing place to work and learn. One thing that makes us unique is the way the teachers work together in order to make sure all the students in the school are learning, not just the ones inside our own classrooms. We collaborate and work together daily to make sure that we are creating learning programs that meet the needs of all of our students. This year I have been asked to help some of the neediest readers in the cohort (those new to us with hardly any reading skills at all) to make progress. I love seeing the moment when a child who has felt like they weren't smart or able to make progress suddenly develops the skills needed to be a reader!
