As the certificated LAP Teacher at a local elementary I serve a wide variety of students and support them in all ELA areas. One of those includes student use of our school's Book Room: a great place to find high interest books with no due date! It's also a place that our students are welcomed to as they work on specific classroom projects or look to find a different environment to enjoy a book of their choice. Our school is a high needs Title I and LAP school with 48% free and reduced lunch and more than 35 different languages spoken.
