My students are mostly second language learners. They come from all over the world. We are a dual language school and everyday we try to meet the challenges that come with learning a new language and all that comes with it. We struggle on a daily basis to bridge the achievement gap that comes with students trying to learn and be assessed in a language that is not their own. Every day they work so hard so they can be successful.
