These materials will help me as a coach plan and implement successful practices, and help my athletes to stay safe and healthy during competition. The wheel is essential in planning team workouts and knowing that they are running accurate distances. It is very hard to guess at how far a mile or half of a mile is. The balls and hurdles will help them to build their strength and agility. The tape is essential is helping with injuries or aches. All of these things together will help them to do well and go far (literally and figuratively) in cross country running.
