I have a class of 30 students and we are at a school in California. Our school is a k-5 elementary school. My class is diverse in terms of academic abilities. I am launching literacy centers as a way to differentiate instruction. My higher readers will be able to read books at their instructional level and beyond. I am most excited about getting my "on level" and "below level" readers excited about books and reading. Now that we have class sizes of 30, it is more important than ever to target all students.
