B.M.E.S. consists of 750 students and 27 teachers, both groups highly motivated to learn and succeed. We thrive on giving our students opportunities to grow and learn within many different environments. We were able to hire a science teacher to run our science lab, which in turn enabled the students to experiment and partake in many extended science activities that coincide with the Common Core Standards. The students have thoroughly enjoyed and learned from the hands-on activities and real life application of the science unit studied. The teachers have enjoyed taking their students to the science lab, and have taken part in their enthusiasm being able to explore, plan, experiment, and relate.
