My students range in ages from 11-14. They are in grades 6-7th in a self-contained special education class in Washington Heights. All students are from Washington Heights. The middle school they attend is a large school and there isn't always enough materials for everyone, especially when the materials I'm desiring for my students don't involve test prep. My students need a way to engage their creativity while learning the academic disciples.
