My students are low income children that are not able to purchase the items that could help them succeed in school. In some of their homes education is not important and they are not interested. I want to help them with that. I want them to leave my classroom with the passion to learn. They love hands on activities, but sometimes I need books to help me get my point across and I do not have any that pertain to science. I hope the books I have purchased will encourage their reading, as well as, peek their interest in Science. I have realized Science is one of their favorite subjects. I hope I can encourage them to want to learn more.

About my class
