My students are terrific children looking for the opportunity to ride the bikes and scooters that we have in our gym. Every day I have a student ask, Mr. E. when are we going to ride those over there (which are the scooters) and I have to tell them not until we get safety helmets. Our school is a Title One school where over ninety percent of the students receive free or reduced lunch. Most of them have not had the wonderful opportunity of riding a bike or scooter. I want them to have the opportunity and I hope you do as well. My students and I would be very grateful and excited if we could receive safety helmets.
