I have never met people (let alone 7th grade students) that were so caring and genuinely easy to love, and their passion for their peers, and learning is unbridled. My students attend a junior high school in Oklahoma, many face unimaginable obstacles. Some live in shelters, others have parents incarcerated, siblings in gangs, etc. School is a safe haven, a place to enjoy the comfort of being surrounded by peers and to enhance their education.

About my class
