Our K-5 public school is 98% free and reduced lunch. We are in the poorest part of a larger city. It is rare to receive parent help, especially monetary. Our school is unable to raise enough money for most projects, as our parents do not have the means to support us. The only performing experiences our children have are what they get in school - whether as a performer or audience member.
