My students are very unique and inspiring. Many of the students come from diverse backgrounds (race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status). Students often struggle at home to get assistance with their homework and something as simple as a quiet place to read. With the many challenges my students face on a daily basis outside of school, they are inspiring me though the books that they read and the books that they want to read.
