The school is rather large, about 1500 students, in southern Alabama. For the most part the students are typical high school kids. They love football and weekends. The reason I believe these kids deserve classroom materials is because they have come to accept the subpar. They expect their school to be lacking and not meeting their needs. I would like to attempt to change that, at least within my own classroom.
