My students are special needs students that have big dreams to make changes in this world. My students aspire to be a chef to feed the homeless, own their own business so they can help people who don't have money but need help, police officer to protect their community, cake designer to bring smiles to peoples faces. These are some of the examples of their dreams. Our school is a public school who has teachers who believe in their students' dreams. I am one of those teachers. I want to provide my students' every resource possible to help them make their dreams come true. This year, I am preparing my students to transition to high school. I would like to ensure they are strong in their skills such as adding, subtracting, division, and multiplication. While solidifying these skills, I also want to teach them how they use these skills in their world.
