Our school is a small, "Choice" urban school in Missouri. This affords the luxury of small class sizes and individual attention for students, but we are desperately lacking in basic school supplies and technology. My Physical Science classes need calculators for all types of physics problems. The Ecology and AP Environmental Science classes are required to calculate everything from demographics to ecological footprints to the determination of GDP and PPD. Our school motto is "The Premier Choice for the College-Bound Student," yet tragically, we they don't have access to such basic tools as scientific calculators. Please help our highly motivated, yet financially challenged students to reach their greatest potential by providing them with the means by which to achieve this.
