My school is a public school in New York. The students in my class are in a mixed grade, self-contained special education class. Many have learning disabilities and/or attention or behavioral challenges. They learn best through hands-on experiential learning, especially when it has meaning to them. They have already worked hard to raise money and create a raised flower bed for their garden, but now we need to fill it and celebrate it with a Scholar Garden Mural!
