Various math station activities will allow my students to work in small groups to cooperatively practice their math skills and strategies. The folder games will give them a great opportunity to work together, while the flip and solve cards will allow students to practice concepts independently and self assess their skills. Having math station kits allows my students to practice their skills in an engaging way so that I can better teach small groups. Having the materials to make small group activities is essential in helping to meet the needs of each of my students. While I am working with one group, other groups can be actively practicing math with their peers.
