I am an Art teacher for 600 students at a kindergarten through fifth grade elementary school in a poor, rural area located in Florida. This is a Title I school where over 90% of our students receive free breakfast and free lunch. These are talented, fantastic kids who deserve the best art materials. The Getting to Know the World’s Greatest Artists DVD about Vincent Van Gogh's life and art plus the Crayola oil pastels, will give my students the opportunity to “oil paint” in the style of Van Gogh and learn about his life and art.

About my class
